I’m Andres Hincapie, founder and president of SoPalm Pickleball Club. I’m a financial literacy educator by profession, and a community builder at heart. Born in Medellín, Colombia, and raised in South Florida, I’ve always believed in the power of sport to unite people, and pickleball has been the perfect arena to live that out.
I picked up a paddle during the pandemic and quickly realized this was more than just a hobby. It was a movement. What began as casual matches with close friends evolved into the creation of SoPalm—an inclusive and competitive pickleball club that reflects the diversity, energy, and ambition of our community.
Outside the court, I’m a passionate investor, lifelong learner, and advocate for using education to unlock financial independence. At SoPalm, I strive to merge fun with purpose: building a culture where players support one another, level up their skills, and celebrate every step of the journey—on and off the court.

Damian Rose
Co-Founder & Finance Strategist | SoPalm Pickleball Club
I'm Damian Rose, the CFO and Co-Founder of SoPalm Pickleball Club. I've always been passionate about movement, connection, and community. I grew up in Jamaica playing soccer and cricket, and about two years ago, I picked up a paddle and fell in love with pickleball. What started as friendly games with a tight-knit group of friends in South Palm Beach County turned into something bigger-SoPalm was born from our desire to compete, grow, and build a space where others could do the same.
Beyond SoPalm, I'm the founder of Serenity Rose Massage & Wellness, which I launched in 2012 to help people recover and feel their best. I also serve as Vice President of Sand For Florida LLC, where I help bring top-quality sand and aggregates from the Caribbean to the U.S.
At SoPalm, I'm excited to combine everything I've learned-from business to wellness—to help create an environment that's fun, competitive, and a place where players can truly hone their skills.
Jillion Dabuet
Co-Founder & Creative Strategist | SoPalm Pickleball Club
Born in the Philippines, raised in Texas, and Floridian since 2001. l'm a basketball-and-soccer-loving sports fanatic with a passport in one hand and a Pickleball paddle in the other. Married to the amazing and beautiful Vanessa, and dog dad to Oreo, I was introduced to Pickleball by my friend Solo almost 2 years ago and have been hooked ever since — it's like tennis met ping-pong and decided to throw a party. I live for good games, great travel, and great vibes with good friends.
Jasmine Dabuet
Physical Therapist | Wellness Advisor | Dry Needling Specialist
Jasmine Dabuet brings her passion for healing and human movement to SoPalm as our trusted Physical Therapist and Wellness Advisor. With a background in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, she’s dedicated to helping players recover, prevent injuries, and perform at their peak.
Certified in dry needling therapy, Jasmine offers specialized care that relieves muscular pain, improves mobility, and supports athletes of all levels — from casual weekend players to seasoned competitors.
Whether she’s offering quick recovery tips courtside or leading a post-tournament stretch session, Jasmine’s calm presence and expert hands have become an essential part of the SoPalm experience. She believes that wellness isn’t just about injury treatment — it’s about building strong, sustainable habits for a long and active life.
When she’s not working with clients or supporting her husband, Andres, in the SoPalm community, Jasmine enjoys exploring new places, savoring good food, and unwinding with her plants and a good book.
Enrique Vignolo

I'm Enrique Vignolo, one of the founding fathers of our pickleball club and proud to serve as our Growth Ambassador, focused on expanding our community and sharing the joy of this amazing sport. I grew up playing sports and have always had a competitive spirit-especially when it comes to cheering for my team. Huge Seminole fan here... Go Noles!
Funny enough, I only started playing pickleball in January 2025-after giving my friends a hard time about it. But after one game, I was instantly hooked. What started as a joke quickly became a full-on obsession.
As a Peruvian-American and proud girl dad, I'm passionate about building a welcoming, inclusive club where everyone-from total beginners to seasoned players-feels at home.
Whether you're here to compete or just have a good time, I can't wait to meet you on the court.
Alex Solorzano aka Solo
Operations Strategist | Competitor at Heart | Dad, Dog Lover, and Pickleball Addict
What I lack in athletic ability, I make up for in heart. That’s the energy I bring to SoPalm Pickleball Club—relentless effort, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the game’s strategy and nuance.
I’ve always enjoyed competing with friends, whether it was soccer, basketball, racquetball, or now, pickleball. From the first day we started playing, I knew I was hooked. I truly appreciate the strategy of the game—the approach, the placement, the angles—and of course, the 2,500-calorie burn doesn’t hurt either.
With over 20 years of experience in operations management, I do my best to bring structure and consistency to the club behind the scenes. From organizing logistics to helping the team run smoothly, I’m proud to support a space where we can all play hard, grow, and have a great time together.
Married and a proud father of two amazing kids—and two lovable Frenchies—I’m grateful to be part of this community that brings people together through sport, sweat, and plenty of laughs.
